The 2023 NFL schedule recently came out, officially kicking off the new season! Mac Jones will be under center again for his third season. He will also be reuniting with his college offensive coordinator in Bill O’Brien. O’Brien coached for the Patriots in various roles from 2007-2011 and hopes to reinvigorate an offense that struggled mightily in 2022. There will be no shortage of excitement in Foxboro this year. Two forever Patriots hung up their cleats this off-season. Devin McCourty and Dont’a Hightower both decided to retire after a combined 22 seasons in the Silver and Blue. McCourty and Hightower led by example both on and off the field. They played their way into the hearts of all Patriots fans while taking new players under their wings in an effort to help young athletes navigate the murky waters of success and fame.
